The story of DWELLY begins with me, Julien Chassagne — a passionate real estate and investment enthusiast. I’ve always been drawn to the fascinating dynamics of the property market. My professional journey led me to the ESPI school, where I earned a master’s degree in real estate. This key milestone opened the doors to a captivating industry. With my degree in hand, I started my career as a real estate agent for several years, refining my knowledge in a field as complex as it is exciting. In 2022, I finally took the leap and created my own real estate trading company. Specializing in buying and reselling properties, this venture allowed me to build solid expertise and gain an in-depth understanding of the market’s inner workings. At the same time, in 2018, I discovered a new passion that completely reshaped my daily life: cryptocurrencies. Intrigued by their revolutionary potential and their ability to redefine financial transactions, I began exploring this world. Very quickly, the idea of merging my two passions — real estate and cryptocurrencies — became obvious. The idea behind DWELLY truly took shape the day I tried to sell one of my properties in cryptocurrency. Despite extensive research, I realized that no suitable platform existed to meet this need. I discussed it with Mickael, a friend and frequent business partner, and we quickly understood that a real opportunity was emerging. This is how DWELLY was born: the first listing platform allowing users to sell their property in cryptocurrency. DWELLY is more than a company — it is the realization of our vision for the future of real estate and the evolution of investment. By combining the innovation and transparency of cryptocurrencies with the strength of the real estate market, DWELLY is revolutionizing the way we approach and execute property sales through crypto.
